Pooser Wedding | 12.12.15

On December 12, 2015, my fiancé's best friend since grade school married the love of his life. The wedding was an intimate ceremony, with only 40 of the couple's closest friends and family present. It was supposed to take place at a local park but unpredictable weather encouraged Jake and Alana to change the location of the wedding the morning of. The new location for their wedding was set to take place on the patio of Alana's childhood home and things became extremely sentimental from there on out. All of Jake and Alana's loved ones rallied around and made preparations throughout the day. Her mom prepared the home and bouquet with her grandmother. Her dad and brother set up the altar with lots of lights, candles and greens... everything sort of came together like it was all planned that way anyway. You could really feel the intense love everyone poured into the day for Jake and Alana. It was truly special to be a part of this day and watch it all unfold. At the end of the day, the weather was perfect and the ceremony was too. Jake and Alana weren't even the slightest bit shaken by any of the last minute changes. They were ready and excited to become husband and wife and to share their vows with one another with their special people present. Everything came together without a hitch.
